These General Terms and Conditions apply to all advisory and brokerage services provided by AIC Finanz to individuals and businesses.

2. Scope of services

AIC Finanz advises on and arranges third-party financing offers (financing partners). AIC Finanz is not a credit institution and does not itself grant loans. A loan application submitted via our website does not constitute a loan commitment; the actual approval decision is made by the respective financing partner based on its own assessment.

3. Free initial consultation

The initial consultation and the review of an enquiry submitted via our website are free of charge for you. Any brokerage fees, where applicable, will be transparently disclosed before a contract is concluded.

4. Obligations of the applicant

You undertake to provide truthful and complete information as part of your enquiry. Inaccurate information may lead to your enquiry being declined by the financing partner.

5. Liability

AIC Finanz is not liable for the decisions of the financing partners it arranges. We do not warrant the accuracy of information provided by financing partners, except to the extent such inaccuracy is due to our own fault.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where legally required, we inform consumers separately about any right of withdrawal in connection with a specific financing arrangement.

7. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
